zoolife is the world's first online zoo. Each stream is designed to bring you closer to wildlife and offers innovative ways of learning, protecting and engaging with the animals, from the comfort of one’s screen.

zoolife's state-of-the-art technology allows users to control the camera from their device, zoom into a tiger’s whiskers, or move the camera around to explore a gorilla's habitat. Streaming live 24/7, zoolife features a growing collection of remarkable animal species, daily keeper talks, and interactive Q&As with animal experts for in-depth learning and so much more.

Where can I find the animals on zoolife?

zoolife habitats have webcams that show live footage of the animals, but sometimes they may be in areas where the cameras can't reach, or they may have been temporarily moved to another habitat while their area is being cleaned. You can check the habitat's chat, album, or cards for more information on where the animals like to sleep or rest. Rest assured that the animals usually return shortly after.

How can I control the camera on zoolife?

You can move the camera by clicking on the video screen where you want to go. Zoom controls are located on the far left side of the video screen, where you'll see dots to zoom in and out.

How can I update my display name and profile picture on zoolife?

To change your display name or profile picture, simply go to https://app.zoolife.tv/account/me

How can I upgrade my subscription on zoolife?

To add or upgrade a subscription, go to https://app.zoolife.tv/account/info and click the Manage Subscription tab. Then, select the pass you want and complete the payment to upgrade your subscription.

How can I cancel my subscription on zoolife?

To cancel your subscription, please go to https://app.zoolife.tv/account/info and click the Manage Subscription tab. A cancel subscription option will appear there.

Why is a habitat offline?

Our habitats may be offline due to partner zoos' specific camera schedules or technical issues. Check the Schedules section under each habitat's video screen to see when specific cameras are online. If the habitat is offline due to a technical issue, the zoolife team will provide an update in the chat.

How do I redeem a gift card?

To redeem a gift card, first create a free account at https://app.zoolife.tv/signup.Then, log in and go to https://app.zoolife.tv/redeem. Enter your gift card number here.If you encounter any issues, please contact us for further assistance.

Why is there a black screen where the camera should be?

If you see a black screen instead of the camera, please try refreshing your browser window or waiting a few minutes before trying again. If you're accessing zoolife from a school, ask your IT team to add zoolife to your school network's allowed sites list. If the problem persists, try accessing zoolife on a different device. Contact us if you need further assistance.

What does "Monkeys mixed up the wires" mean?

“Monkeys mixed up the wires” is a humorous message that appears on the zoolife platform when there is a connection issue between your internet and ours. This can often be resolved by clicking your browser's refresh button.
If the issue persists, please wait a few minutes as most network issues clear up quickly.
If the issue continues for more than five minutes and there is no message from the zoolife team, please contact us for further assistance.

Why is the camera constantly loading?

If the camera is constantly loading, it could mean your device or the partner zoo's network is having connectivity issues. Wait for a few minutes and try again.If the problem persists for more than five minutes, contact us for further assistance.

Why is there no audio?

At this time, none of our cameras feature microphones on them. You can use the audio button in the bottom left corner to turn on our music or natural sound selection. If you are not hearing any audio during a host talk, be sure to turn on the host's audio using the audio symbol in the bottom left corner of the host's video. If you still cannot hear the host, please contact us for further assistance.

Why are there so many people controlling the camera?

zoolife is an interactive camera experience that allows people from around the world to experience magical animal moments together. Sometimes this can mean a lot of people are online controlling the camera at once. Because of this, the camera is set to pick an average location in the habitat based on everyone's inputs. If you are not able to get the view you want at this time, we suggest waiting a moment or two before trying again. If you feel people are abusing the camera controls, please contact us and we will respond in the habitat directly.

Where does zoolife stream animals from?

zoolife only partners with fully accredited zoos, sanctuaries and rehabilitation centers who demonstrate the highest standards in animal care.
